Our websites are easy for you to maintain yourself.  We find that once set-up most people don’t need a whole heap of support.  We’ve written an FAQ document (click here to download the PDF)  that contains the most common problems – you should read this before calling for support!

When we set up your website we will also set up a reasonable number of email accounts or forwarders.  If you have purchased the support plan then we will make reasonable changes to your email accounts throughout the year at no charge.

If you don’t have a support plan then we will allow one password reset at no charge.  All other support inquiries will be charged a minimum fee of $25+GST (unless the problem is at our end).  The vast majority of support inquiries are resolved at the user end, so please read the FAQ document and follow the steps it recommends BEFORE you call us.
